Swim Lessons: For all ages and abilities. Swim Lessons run on an 8-week schedule except for summer lessons which wil be announced in the spring. Lesson fees are based on 1 class per week. Swimmers may participate more than once per week if desired. Fees will increase accordingly. (e.g. one class per week = $30 for an 8 week session, two classes per week = $60 for an 8 week session) Registration begins the 15th of the month prior to the lesson start date for full members and begins on the 20th until full for non- members). Parent-Tot Swim Class : For children from 6 months to 3 years old. The instructor works with parents to teach them how to handle their child in the water. Instructor works with parents to acclimate child to water. Sign up for as many classes per week as needed.

For any age or skill level. These classes are arranged individually by the Aquatics Director. They are arranged around your schedule, taking the pool schedule into consideration.

Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatics Program (AFYAP):
Provides gentle exercise in 86° water to help improve joint flexibility. This is a shallow only class so it is not necessary to know how to swim. You must submit a Physicians Release form (pick-up from Membership Services) prior to starting with the class.

Deep Water Walking:
Water walking, running and exercise with the aid of floatation devices in the deep end of the pool. Deep Water Walking is a self-guided class (no instructor).
