The celebration begins at 10:00am with the big countdown beginning at 11:45am

Bubble wrap stomp at 12:00pm

Refreshments are provided by Coca Cola and Country Buffet

Father Daughter Dance:
Fathers live the magic of Valentines Day with your daughter(s)
Held in February
For daughters of all ages
The festivities begin at 6:00pm

Professional photos of Dad and his girl(s)
Refreshments provided by Albertsons, Coca Cola, Country Buffet and Culver's
$15.00 per Father, children are free.

Mother Son Dance:

Mothers celebrate Valentines Day with your son(s)
Held in February
For sons of all ages
The festivities begin at 6:00pm

Professional photos of Mom and her boy(s)

Healthy Kids Day:

Held in April

Join us at the YMCA for a fun filled event showcasing how kids can have fun and be healthy at the same time.

Celebrate your Mother with the YMCA and held support the Nursery Funtime Child Care program.

Juneteenth:
An event put on by the NAACP which the YMCA participates in to celebrate the freedom of slaves in the United States.
Held on June 21st
Held at Martin Luther King Junior Park
Booths open at 11:00am and festivities end at 4:00pm

AOA Annual Picnic:

Join us for our annual summer picnic!  Held in August from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at the V.A. Hospital picnic area.  The YMCA provides the meat for the barbeque and picnickers provide the salads, side dishes and desserts.  The sign up sheet is at the Membership Services Desk.  Anyone wishing to come is welcome, AOA member or not!

Parking Lot Party:

A celebration at the end of summer!
Come and enjoy live music, jump castles, dunk the YMCA Board members, drawings and raffles, snow cones, lots of food, and more...

Yoga Month:

The National Institute of Health has declaired September Yoga Month!  Log onto www.yogamonth.org for a 12 city tour.  Half price for current yoga participants and 1 week of freeyoga classes for new participants September 8th through September 12th.

     Lights On After School:

Held in October

In communities today, 14.3 million children take care of themselves after the school day ends.  After school programs keep kids safe, help working families and inspire learning.  Join us along with 7,500+ after school programs nation wide, in celebrating our after school program.
