Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP)
A group exercise and educational program that promotes improvement of muscle strength, mobility, balance and endurance. Designed for those with arthritis or related conditions and those who are just beginning their exercise program. A chair is used for seated and / or standing support

Belly Dancing
Learn the basics of belly dancing and middle-eastern rhythm in this class offered to participants ages 16 and up. The class is designed for participants to progress by attending classes during a full eight week session, but beginners are welcome throughout the session. Please register at the front desk

Body Scultping
An intense 30- minute strength workout designed for those who want a quick and effective routine over the lunch hour. This class utilizes a variety of resistance tools and exercises to tone and shape the entire body.

Body Shaping
A 30- minute resistance class for the entire body to start your morning out with toning and stretching.

Boot Camp
This 60- minute class offers a combination of calisthenics and strength training for an intense workout. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have a parent/guardian signed waiver.

Cardio Circuit
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscle endurance power with a standing circuit workout designed by SilverSneakers®. Upper body strength work using hand held weights, elastic tubing and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching and relaxation.

Cardio Kick Boxing
This high impact class combines cardiovascular exercise with strength and coordination of kick boxing movements.

Cardio Sculpting
60-minute low impact aerobic workout using a variety of equipment to strengthen muscles.

Chair Fitness
A 45- minute fitness class that incorporates cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility exercises. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. This is a perfect class for those just starting their exercise program and those who are continuing with their muscle endurance, balance and range of motion exercises.

Circuit
Get a full workout in less than an hour! Using machines allows the ability to isolate muscle movements without the effect of gravity. The class also includes a cardio conditioning workout.

A non-impact stationary cycling program that welcomes all fitness levels. Orientations are necessary to begin cycling. All classes held in the group cycling room.

Mega Zone
This class formally the Millennium workout is geared for all fitness levels. Mega Zone incorporates many styles of fitness to keep participants interested and challenged. Classes vary to include Boot Camp, Cardio Mix, Kick Boxing, Step Aerobics, Bosu, Hip-Hop, Zumba, Gliding, Pilates, Yoga, etc. All classes include strength and toning exercises utilizing body resistance alone as well as weights, bands, tubes, balls, etc. Classes conclude with a cool down and stretch/flexibility exercises.

Muscular Strenght, Range of Movement

Strength - Pilates Mix
Come tone muscle in this total body strength conditioning class using a variety of equipment. The class also focuses on core strengthening and balance using Pilates techniques.

Triathlon Training
A class designed to help you improve your overall conditioning and prepare you to complete a “sprint triathlon” (500 meter swim, 12-14 mile bike ride, and a 5K run). This class is 60-90 minutes in duration; including individual and group training for beginner to advanced abilities in swimming, cycling, and running. The first class will include an orientation and assessment for all participants. Please register at Membership Services.

Yoga Stretch
Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses designed by designed by SilverSneakers® . Parent -Child Zumba
Bring your kids ages 4 to 11 and have fun while you exercise together! This class incorporates Latin and Hip Hop style dance while burning calories and toning muscle. It is a great opportunity to spend time with your kids while you are working out and help them build healthy exercising habits. This class will not provide discipline for children, so please bring kids who would like to participate in the class under your supervision.
