A 6 week class for the beginning stepper. Boot Camp

Get tuff all over with this fast paced military style interval training that incorporates calisthenics, such as, push-ups, jumping jacks, sit ups, cardio drills and weight training. This class is held in the Community Center and is free to members. 60 minutes| Back to Top

Bosu Ball Body Shaping

Combined cardio, strength and stability exercises using the Bosu Ball, glide discs, weights and band.  This class is held in the Community Center and is free to members. 60 minutes| Back to Top

Cardio Kick Boxing

Cardio Mix

Chair Fitness

FIT Yourself
A wellness center orientation class that will give you a clear understanding of the strength and cardio equipment.  This class can help you set and reach your personal goals and track your progress.  Learn the maximum benefits in a 45 minute workout. Free to Members. | Back to Top

Fitness Evaluations

A fitness evaluation will assist you in getting started on a workout program.  An evaluation includes the measurements of: weight, body fat, upper body strength and endurance, a cardiovascular assessment, core strength and endurance, a flexibility assessment, and circumference measurements. The cost of an evaluation varies according to the package purchased.| Back to Top

Group Cycling
A non-impact stationary cycling program that welcomes all fitness levels. Orientations are free to Y Members and are necessary to begin cycling. Register for an orientation at the Membership Services Desk.  This class is held in the Group Cycling room and is free to Members. | Back to Top

Yoga Booty Belly

A fun filled 60 minute cardio class that offers three fitness techniques in one workout. A gentle yoga warm-up, a kickboxing workout, belly dancing, and body sculpting.  Also increase flexibility, endurance, coordination, and energy. Youth Wellness Center Orientation
Learn to use resistance training machines and cardiovascular equipment. Youth must be at least 5 feet tall and 12 years of age to register.   Youth must attend a 2 hours class, on either Tuesdays or Thursdays at 4:00pm. Pre-registration is required. | Back to Top
