Fitness

Fitness class times are found on the home page tool bar at Fitness Schedule.

 

Fitness requires a well rounded approach; you need to develop cardio, strength
and flexibility. Often people tend to focus either too much on cardio or strength,
which may limit the long term success of your fitness. Our fitness staff is available
who are experts and continuously trained on the latest trends and can help you
select the right fitness workouts, classes and training for you.

 

Fitness classes are free to members.
Guests may pay $10 for a one day pass to the Y.
