Sculpt and Shape

Fitness classes are free to members.
Non-members pay a $10 daily fee.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
12:15 – 12:45 pm

Community Center: 30 minutes – Chris and Fran

Intense strength workout for those who want a quick and effective routine over the lunch hour. Utilizes a variety of resistance tools/exercises to tone/shape the entire body.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
8:30 – 9:00 am

Community Center: 30 minutes – Stevie

Resistance class to start your morning out with toning and stretching.

Tuesday, Thursday 
5:00 – 5:45 am

Increase muscle definition and decrease body fat in weeks, burn calories directly from your carbohydrate stores, producing the most effective weight loss possible. Using dumbbells or your own body weight you’ll work multiple muscles to achieve a lean look

9:15 to 10:15 am

Community Center: Maureen

High intensity interval training exercises are combined with free weight low intensity moves to push your body into shape.  The last 15 minutes are designed for core training.

Tuesday and Thursday        
4:00 – 5:00 pm

Sculpt, tone, tighten and burn! Great mix of old and new exercises to keep the fat burning and muscles responding. Use balls, tubing, and weights for a total body workout, with emphasis on core and lower body. ALL LEVELS WELCOME. Alternative moves demonstrated for different levels of fitness.
