Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular/muscle endurance power with a standing circuit workout by SilverSneakers®. Upper body strength work using hand held weights, elastic tubing and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.

Combines a variety of cardio conditioning techniques and adds strength training intervals or a total body workout. Improve your cardiovascular endurance and strength.
