Fitness classes are free to members.
Non-members pay a $10 daily fee.

GROUP CYCLING

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday              
9:00 – 10:00 am

Tuesday and Thursday        
7:00 – 8:00 am
5:30 – 6:30 pm

Monday through Friday
12:15 – 12:45 pm

Monday through Friday
5:30 pm to 6:00 pm

Saturday                
8:00 – 9:00 am

Cycling Room:  Susie / Lynn / Dee / Danette / Camden

A non-impact stationary cycling program that welcomes all fitness levels. Orientation required. Sign up at front desk.
