By working with a personal trainer you can lose weight, rev up a stale exercise routine, break out of a fitness plateau, reduce risk of injury and stay motivated and committed to your workout program. All YMCA personal trainers are certified through the YMCA of the USA. Each trainer is skilled in helping you build your fitness program and meet your personal wellness goals. FITNESS STARTER PACKAGE includes a Fitness Assessment and one Personal Training Session. Member $70 per person / Non-member $100 per person

Assessment includes , resting heart rate and blood pressure measurement, body composition skin fold, flexibility, cardio respiratory and muscular strength tests.
