Fitness classes are free to members.
Non-members pay a $10 daily fee.

Pilates core strength exercises & Yoga poses to build stamina balance and flexibility.

Strengthen muscles and increase flexibility, using breathing techniques for a stronger more energy efficient body. Ideal for cross training in its fully integrated approach to fitness.
