Ages 3-5 Years Old

The Grasshoppers Program is a great class for the youngest of students.  They will learn Karate basics, while having fun through exercise by taking turns and making friends.  They will punch pads, kick bubbles and delve into the  importance of "Stranger Danger" training and safety.

American Freestyle Karate

Ages 6+ Years Old

Members $35  Participants $60

Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30pm, Thursday 5:30 - 6:30pm

Students will learn to defend themselves standing up and from the ground.  They  will learn katas, weapons, board/brick breaking, sparring, grappling and so much more.  Students are given the opportunity to compete in tournaments.  They will learn respect and discipline in this traditional martial art, while  having a  great  time.

Adaptive - American Freestyle Karate

Ages 6+ Years Old

Members $35  Participants $60

 Thursday 6:30 - 7:15pm

A Karate Class for those who need a smaller, less chaotic class.  Designed for students who have disabilities that would require more assistance in class or more one on one time with the instructor.  Also good for those who want to take a martial art but have limited mobility or function.

Self Defense

Ages 13+ Years Old

Members $35  Participants $60

Friday 6:45 - 7:45pm

This course takes teachings from a number of different styles to created an well rounded curriculum.  You will learn to defend yourself from standing and from the ground.  As well as the best was to defend yourself in any given situation.

Next session will run January 14th - February 29th

Ages 6-12 Years Old

Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:00pm, Saturday 12:00-1:00pm

Registration ends January 8th

Our Wildcat Cheer Team practices two nights each week.  One night focuses on cheer and dance routines while the other focuses on tumbling and stunts.  They cheer for our current team sports and so learn cheers for football, basketball and soccer.

Tumbling Tots 1 - 2 Years Old

Members $24  Participants $36

Tuesday  10:30-11:00am or Thursday 10:30-11:00am

This parent-tot tumbling class will introduce your child to basic tumbling skills, animal walks, and an active lifestyle.  This is a great chance to bond with your child while they socialize with their peers, learn balance and coordination, and best of all - Have fun! Pair this will parent-tot swim lessons to give your child confidence on land and in water!

Pre-School Tumbling  3-5 Years Old

Members $24  Participants $36

Tuesday 10:00-10:30am

Give your preschooler the chance to develop their balance and flexibility, and take them to the next level with their front and back rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.  This class will have your child interacting with the instructor and their parent.  Can be paired with pre-school school lessons for an active week.

Home School Tumbling  6-12 Years Old

Members $24  Participants $36

Tuesday 10:00-10:30am

Let us help you keep your kids active with our home school tumbling class.   Students will learn basic tumbling skills from front rolls to walkovers as well as increase their balance and flexibility. it will also give your child practice listening to an instructor's directions.  Can be paired with home school swim lessons for an active week.

Tumbleweeds 3-4 Years Old

Members $24  Participants $36

Monday 5:30-6:00pm

This program will give your child the chance to learn directly from an instructor, develop their balance and flexibility, and take them to the next level with their front and back rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.

Tumble Bees 5-8 Years Old

Members $36  Participants $45

Monday 6:00-7:00pm or Monday 7:00-8:00pm

At this level your child will spend more time with their overall conditioning so that they are able to confidently perform their tumbling skills, while also increasing their balance and flexibility.

5th-8th Grade Boys and Girls

Season Runs November through June

Our STORM Travel Basketball teams give kids the chance to take their skills to the next level and begin to play in a  more competitive arena.  They play in local tournaments in the tri-state area and see a variety of teams throughout the year.  They are also exposed to collegiate scouts at many of the larger tournaments in Colorado.
