SugarWOD is a digital platform for your phone to get a Workout Of the Day (WOD) sent to you from our trainers, to keep you on your toes.  Our daily WOD will focus on bodyweight exercises that you can do from home.  We will also be developing tracks for HIIT, Strength Training, Agility, Youth, and more.
