Tabata training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training you can do. Tabata incorporates simple yet intense exercises and water resistance to create a powerful combination of cardio and calorie burn. Eight rounds of intense aerobic exercise in the formula of "20 seconds on and 10 seconds off" boosts metabolism for a great workout.
