AQUA ARTHRITIS // TUES & THURS, 10-10:50AM
This class is designed to exercise without putting strain on your joints or muscles and is ideal for patients cleared from recent physical therapy and those with arthritis or fibromyalgia. It is not necessary to know how to swim.
AQUA TABATA // WED, 10:05-11AM & THURS, 5:30-6:30PM
Tabata training is one of the most effective types of high interval training you can do and uses simple but intense exercises in the water, creating resistance and a powerful cardio workout. There are eight rounds of intense aerobic exercise using the "20 seconds on, 10 seconds off" formula.
BODY, CORE, & SOUL // MON & WED, 5:30-6:30PM
This class starts by pumping up the cardio with interval based workouts in shallow water for 30 minutes, then moving to deep water to target the core with full body movement. We finally end with a cool down to inspire you to take on the world, body, and soul. This class uses hand equipment (gloves, bars) in shallow water and hand flotation in deep water (noodles, bars) but additional flotation is available.
DEEP WATER WALKING // MON & WED 10-11AM, FRI, 9:30-10:30AM
This class involves water walking, running, or exercise in the deep end of our pool. Participants can use flotation devices if they choose, as they are always available.
H20 DEEP HIT // TUES & THURS, 7:30-8:20AM
Join us bright and early for an intense workout that's sure to wake you up. This class uses full body resistance, flotation belts, and barbells in deep water to maximize the muscular burn and strengthen your whole body.
MORNING POWER HOUR // MON, 10:05-11AM & FRI, 9:30-10:30AM
This class has as much cardio as you can handle! Strengthen and condition your muscles using medium to high intensity movements with and without equipment. Class is in shallow water and uses bars, gloves, noodles, etc.
