Stretch and Flex

A class designed to improve mobility through water walking, strengthening exercise and light cardio. Class is held in shallow water and utilizes hand equipment (gloves, barbells and noodles).

Morning Power UP

This 45 minute class provides as much cardio as you can handle! Medium to high intensity movements both with and without equipment give you the best mix of a muscle strength building and fat burning workout. Class is shallow water and utilizes hand equipment (bars, gloves, bands, noodles)

Cardio Toning

This class combines cardiovascular conditioning and muscle toning using a combination of hand equipment to create maximum resistance with a low impact workout. Class is shallow water and utilizes hand equipment (bars, gloves, bands, noodles)

Wednesday

Deep Water Walking

Water walking/running/exercise in the deep end of the pool.
With or without the aid of flotation devices. Deep Water
Walking is a self-guided class (no instructor).

Weights and Water

This class uses resistance equipment to focus on strengthening exercises and toning. Non-impact movements combined with resistance training will help you to develop lean muscle mass. Class is shallow and utilizes hand equipment (bars and noodles).

Friday

10:45 - 11:20 am

Body, Core & Soul

This class starts in the shallow water to pump up the cardio with interval based workouts for 30 minutes then moves to the deep water to target the core with full body movement before ending with a cool down to inspire you to take on the world, body and soul. Class is both shallow and deep, utilizes hand equipment in the shallow (gloves, bars) and hand flotation in the deep (noodles, bars) but additional flotation is available.

AquaSlim

This class uses a variety of equipment for a low impact approach to fitness. Class ranges from low to medium intensity in class using water and equipment for resistance exercise and increasing flexibility. Class will use noodles, gloves and barbells in the shallow water.

H2O High Intensity Deep

Start your morning out with an intense workout! This class uses full body resistance in deep water to maximize the muscular burn. Class uses flotation belts and barbells in the deep water.

Arthritis Aquatic Program

This class is designed to exercise without putting strain on the joints and muscles. Ideal for those who suffer from arthritis, fibromyalgia or patients cleared from recent physical therapy. It is not necessary to know how to swim. You must submit a Participant Release Form prior to starting with the class. [see Membership Services]

Aqua Power & Strength

A high energy workout will include power aqua endurance and interval style training for the first half of class and follow with strength and core training in the water. Class is shallow and utilizes a variety of handheld equipment.

Tabata

Tabata training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training you can do. Tabata incorporates simple yet intense exercises and water resistance to create a powerful combination of cardio and calorie burn. Eight rounds of intense aerobic exercise in the formula of "20 seconds on and 10 seconds off" boosts metabolism for a great workout.

Evening Power Hour

This class takes you through a full body workout without the sweat! Class will move from shallow to deep and back again to maximize cardio, muscle endurance. Class will utilize a mixture of equipment and flotation is available.

6:30 - 7:30 pm

Cardio Strength

This is an hour of low impact water workout for all levels that includes cardio, muscle strengthening and balance exercise using a variety of buoyancy equipment. Ideal for those who are getting back into a workout routine.

Thursday
6:30 - 7:30 pm

Aqua Mix

Every Saturday is a new workout! Rotation instructors from our weekly classes bring a mix of cardio and energy to class. Shallow water is the main focus in class with a mix of hand equipment. Class occasionally moves to deeper water with flotation available.
