Morning Power Hour

This 55 min class has as much cardio as you can handle! Medium to high intensity movements with and without equipment give you the best mix of a muscle strengthening and fat burning workout. Class is shallow water and utilizes hand equipment (bars, gloves, bands, noodles)

Aqua Tabata

Tabata training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training you can do. Tabata incorporates simple yet intense exercises and water resistance to create a powerful combination of cardio and calorie burn. Eight rounds of intense aerobic exercise in the formula of "20 seconds on, 10 seconds off" boosts metabolism for a great workout. Senior friendly class.

Deep Water Walking

Water walking/running/exercise in the deep end of the pool.
With or without the aid of flotation devices. Deep Water Walking is a self-guided class (no instructor).

6:00 – 7:00 am

Body, Core, & Soul

This class starts in the shallow water to pump up the cardio with interval based workouts for 30 minutes then moves to the deep water to target the core with full body movement before ending with a cool down to inspire you to take on the world, body and soul. Class is both shallow and deep, utilizes hand equipment in the shallow (gloves, bars) and hand flotation in the deep (noodles, bars) but additional flotation is available.

5:30 - 6:30 pm

H2O High Intensity Deep

Start your morning out with an intense workout! This class uses full body resistance in deep water to maximize the muscular burn. Class uses flotation belts and barbells in the deep water.

7:30 – 8:20 am

Aqua Arthritis

This class is designed to exercise without putting strain on the joints and muscles. Ideal for those who suffer from arthritis, fibromyalgia or patients cleared from recent physical therapy. It is not necessary to know how to swim. You must submit a Participant Release Form prior to starting with the class. [see Membership Services]
