FITNESS AT YOUR OWN PACE
By working with a personal trainer you can lose weight, revamp your exercise routine, break out of a fitness plateau, reduce risk of injury, and stay motivated and committed to your workout program. All YMCA personal trainers are certified through the YMCA of the USA. Each trainer is skilled in helping you build your fitness program and meet your personal wellness goals. 1 – 4 TRAINING SESSIONS
Member $45 per session / Non- member $55 per session with a partner $30 per person per session
5 – 9 TRAINING SESSIONS
Member $40 per session / Non-member $50 per session with a partner $25 per person per session
10+ TRAINING SESSIONS
Member $35 per session / Non-member $45 per session with a partner $20 per person per session
Those who are 55 and older are eligible for a discount of $5 off per session.
